IP IVR – record greetings and upload them from web

We have been constantly receiving requests for help with converting voice files recorded in pcm to codecs supported by voipswitch like gsm, g729, g723.1, iLBC and others which then could be used for example in various voipbox scenarios. Those requests made us develop a new tool for automatic online conversion between almost all types of popular voice codecs used in VoIP.

 The tool, called VSconverter, allows for uploading wav or mp3 files through its web interface (also in flash) and then renders conversation to chosen output format. Newly created files are then available for download, also they can be stored directly in the directory used by voipbox.
