Flash agent for voipswitch: shared contacts, webphone, SMS and callback

VSAgent is our new client application that works with voipswitch platform. It has been developed in Flash and thanks to it can work on any operating system that has the Flash installed. It includes Microsoft Windows, Linux and Apple. The client is a standalone application running in the tray. When a new call is coming the Agent’s window pops up. Also when a user wants to make a call enough is just a click on the Agent’s icon to bring up the interface.

The application uses the Contacts list from the server which can be also managed from the VS Portal interface. When used with Voipswitch’s PBX a user can create groups which will be then shared among other PBX users belonging to the same PBX account.
