With Future Changes, you no longer have to worry about manually updating rates at specific times. Now, you can define changes in advance, and our system will automatically apply them when the time comes.
How Does It Work?
The Future Changes feature has been integrated into the VSM4 portal under the Tariffs section. Here’s how it works:
- Select the Tariff: In the VSM4 portal, select the tariff for which future changes should be be defined. This could be a tariff whose rates must be updated and take effect at a specific time.
- Set the Effective Date and Time: Using the Future Changes option, choose the exact date and time when the new rates will take effect, such as at the start of a new billing cycle or month.
- Define New Rates: Specify the new call rates and the prefixes they apply to under the selected tariff. These new rates will automatically replace the old ones at the scheduled time, requiring no further manual effort.
